The Penghu National Scenic Area Administration has erected two symbolic sculptures at the site, completing the landscape design of this Sun Chasing Boulevard in 2016. It is approximately 55 meters long and 4 meters wide. The walkway is decorated with colorful stone slabs featuring three-dimensional reliefs of cultural symbols from various countries, along with a map of the 16 countries the Tropic of Cancer passes through, their flags, and their names. The double-hand sculpture at the end of the walkway, in conjunction with the sun's angle, changes with the seasons. The sunset is directly west during the spring and autumn equinoxes, shifts to the northernmost point on the summer solstice, and moves to the southernmost point on the winter solstice, offering changing scenery with the sunlight.
