For example, Shanshui Wetland has many sand-fixing plants, such as beach grass, which looks very much like a sea urchin. Today, with its rich ecology and excellent environment, in addition to various plants, Shanshui Wetland is also a habitat for many birds, including great egrets, little egrets, and grey herons, as well as migratory birds of the Scolopacidae family, which are most commonly seen. The park also features facilities such as walking paths and viewing platforms, where visitors can stroll along the paths, birdwatch, enjoy the sea view, and observe.
