After renovation, it has become a well-planned cactus park, with basalt-built bunkers and unique columnar basalt landscapes nearby. Climbing to the highest point offers beautiful sea views! Upon entering the park, you'll be captivated by the vast number of cacti. There are nearly a hundred species of cacti here, and the park is divided into different areas, offering not only scenic views and DIY experiences but also barbecue dining! At Qingwan Cactus Park, you can admire diverse specialty plants and see precious historical relics. Facilities from the Japanese occupation era, such as military camps, observation posts, artillery bunkers, ammunition depots, and drainage ditches, are all well-preserved. Among them, the Dashan Fortress artillery battery from 1902 is the earliest Japanese-style artillery battery in Penghu. Adjacent to the park is the Penghu International Diving Center, boasting a unique bay terrain. Due to the calmer winds and waves within the bay, it is particularly suitable for beginners' experiences. A three-minute drive away lies the pristine Shili Beach. Shili Beach stretches for over a kilometer, composed of coral and shell fragments.
