Its exterior is shaped like a heart-shaped shell, with a heart-shaped clover cutout on the roof that creates different natural light and shadow movements throughout the day, making it a major highlight of the beach. In addition to the romantic scenery, Lintou Beach also offers the experience of Penghu's traditional fishing method – "Qiang Gu" (net hauling). Lintou Village is one of the few places in Penghu where the traditional "Qiang Gu" activity continues. "Qiang Gu" was a common method for Penghu ancestors to catch fish. However, with the advancement of modern fishing gear and changes in lifestyle, "Qiang Gu" gradually declined and has now become a local tourist experience. "Qiang Gu" is a method of fishing using a beach seine, suitable for shallow, sandy beaches without reefs. It is usually performed at dusk or dawn. Fishermen first take a small boat offshore to cast the net into the sea. People on the shore then secure both ends of the net to the shore and work together to pull the net towards the land, eventually catching the fish within the net. The types of fish caught vary depending on the season.
