On the left, there is a spacious pavilion facing the sea, and on the right, a protruding coastal dike serves as a fishing area where anglers are often seen carrying baskets filled with various types of sea fish and tropical fish. In this area, one can observe intertidal organisms such as hermit crabs, gobies, blennies, and shellfish in the tide pools. Zhongao Beach is also one of the most recommended water activity destinations by locals. Its gentle coastline is much safer than other coastlines on Liuqiu Island. The romantic scenery of blue seas and skies attracts many tourists with their families, who flock to this place for recreation. In recent years, it has also become a popular new spot for wedding photography. The "Inviting Water" ceremony of the triennial Wangye Festival is also held here.
