This artificial wetland system primarily treats wastewater from Linbian Drainage. The wastewater enters the wetland via natural gravity flow and exits in the same manner, flowing into Qifeng Wetland. Bird species observed in the wetland include Chinese Crested Tern, Bean Goose, Black-faced Spoonbill, Great Reed Warbler, Rufous-tailed Robin, and Yellow-breasted Bunting.
