Starting from Sun Moon Lake, follow Provincial Highway 21 south to the Zhuoshui River, then follow Provincial Highway 16 along the Zhuoshui River upstream, and then take Township Highway 97 north, passing through the foothills of Mt. Shuishui to Tanan Village, and returning to the shores of Sun Moon Lake. This is a cycling route that is both close to nature and challenging with its climbs. It is suitable for cyclists who usually train regularly and enjoy challenging themselves.
