Tamayo'an, currently known as Danuan, is also called Nanshan. It is located about 1.4 kilometers south of Hongmao Guan in Penglai Village, at an altitude of about 750 meters. It is named after the marshy land in the mountains and is also inhabited by the Saisiyat tribe. It currently belongs to the 13th and 14th neighborhoods of Penglai Village. About 60 years ago, Tamayo'an was divided into two parts in the area of the current 13th neighborhood, formerly called Hiyoma'an. It is unknown whether this is related to the establishment of the shrine.
