Due to the inconvenience of external transportation to Fengshan caused by the 921 earthquake, this bridge was built to connect to the village's external sightseeing roads. With an investment of over 170 million NT dollars, it was finally completed in 2007. Subsequently, bridge landscape facilities and surrounding greening projects were completed, and themed tourist attractions were planned. The bridge adopts a single-span tied-arch bridge design, with a length of 140 meters and no piers in the middle. The abutments on both sides use caisson foundations. The central suspension cables divide the bridge into one lane in each direction and a pedestrian walkway. The approach roads at both ends are as long as 280 meters, with a net width of 7.5 meters. It is the longest span bridge in Chiayi County, connecting to the nearby Debris Flow Park. The ever-changing bridge lighting at night spans across the valley, illuminating the quiet mountain valley and creating a stunning sight.
