From Provincial Highway 21, opposite Shimen Chaoli Fishing Harbor, follow the signs to reach the Teashan Trail. At the end of the trail, at an elevation of about 400 meters, you can gaze out at the Pacific Ocean and take in the scenic beauty of Shimen and the tea plantations.
