The ground of the plaza in front of the administration building is paved with broken tiles from the former salt fields, creating the flavor and characteristics of the salt field and fishing village in the Beimen area. Within the administration's park, there is also a Japanese-style wooden building and surrounding historical buildings. This was formerly the "Beimen Chōshōsho" (Beimen Branch Office) during the Japanese occupation era, and is now operated as an art museum, providing resident studios for artists, forming the Beimen Cultural and Art Park, allowing artistic creation to blend with local history.
