It has been revitalized and renovated from rice barns and a rice milling plant from the Japanese colonial era. The park features a traditional Chinese courtyard (Sanheyuan) architectural layout in a 'ㄇ' shape, comprising three exhibition halls: the "Coffee & Plum Hall," the "Rice & Travel Hall," and the "Agricultural Products Hall." The outdoor area boasts meticulously designed landscaping and art installations, as well as Pink Trumpet Trees that bloom with pink flowers every March and April.
