Dali Visitor Center. As a must-visit location on the way to Caoling Historic Trail, the Dali Visitor Center offers abundant travel information and introductions to local history and culture. Visitors can gain a deeper understanding of Lanyang through the complete tour routes of the Northeast and Yilan regions, as well as intellectual and emotional guided tours. The service center also houses a multimedia screening room that can accommodate eighty people. From 10 AM to 4 PM, introductory videos are shown every hour on the hour, year-round. Group tours can be booked in advance. At the entrance plaza of the service center, there is a rubbing area replicating the "Tiger Character Stele" on Caoling Historic Trail, inviting visitors to enjoy the experience and fun of making their own rubbings. In the parking lot, there is a large stone inscribed with "Lanyang's Foremost Scenic Spot" by General He Yingqin.
