Returning youth rescue an old house facing demolition, turning it into a local revitalization hub. In 2015, returning youth Peng Renhong learned that the 60-year-old former residence of former mayor Qiu Jin Yu was about to be demolished. He used his first savings from military service to rent it and established "Jin Yu Cuo Bian" as a space for old house regeneration and community practice, calling on young people to return home for revitalization and focusing on the development issues of SDGs 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities and SDGs 17 Partnerships for the Goals. With the spirit of a "good neighbor," it connects local people, places, and products, unearthing the charming characteristics of local town brands, and becoming an important intermediary organization in Toucheng.
