There is no elevator. No discount for consecutive stays. Pets must be leashed in indoor common areas. Check-in is after 3:30 PM. There is no restriction on late arrivals. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Visitors are not accepted for tours. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and indoor slippers (as needed). There are no streetlights nearby, and the homestay has no sign. It is about a 30-40 minute drive from Hualien City. Human breakfast is provided. Pet meals must be brought by the owner. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the homestay (including rooms, common areas, and lawn) when the owner is out. Light snacks (cookies, drinks) are allowed in the rooms, but heavy-smelling foods (such as instant noodles, braised dishes, stinky tofu, fried foods) are not permitted. The homestay has a common area with a long table and a large bar for dining.
