Dog Mama's Home B&B. Dog Mama is a nickname for Mama Ge, which originated from children with unclear speech and friends who didn't speak Mandarin very well, thus Mama Ge became Dog Mama. Dog Mama is a strong, independent, brave, and responsible woman. When she was young, she endured immense pressure to marry Dog Dad. Her unyielding personality meant that even when facing extreme poverty and hardship several times, she refused to seek help from her family, persevering through difficult times. Fortunately, with divine protection and the help of benefactors, she eventually overcame her struggles and now lives a prosperous and happy life. Therefore, she is always grateful for the past assistance she received and the spirit of gratitude and sharing has become the family motto of the Dog family. Based on this family motto, the Dog family's children established the Chang Yu Social Welfare Charity Foundation of Hualien County in 2008 to support after-school care for disadvantaged children in Hualien County. In 2015, Dog Mama provided her house in Ji'an Township, Hualien County, to establish Dog Mama's Home B&B, hoping to provide employment opportunities for disadvantaged families through the operation of the B&B and to secure a stable source of income for the foundation.
