HOK HOUSE. The predecessor of "HOK HOUSE" was "The Crane Palace Hotel.". The predecessor of "HOK HOUSE" was "The Crane Palace Hotel." In the 1960s, it was one of the few hotels in Taiwan with modern facilities. The operators later immigrated to the United States, and it closed in 1996 to become a hot pot restaurant. In 2016, by chance, this beautiful building was discovered. We followed its character and renovated the interior, adding the character "寓" (yu, meaning dwelling) after "鶴宮" (He Gong, Crane Palace). We hope it can become a time machine, allowing travelers to stay comfortably for a period, and slightly evoke the somewhat romantic, wildly imaginative, and vibrant past of Dagangpu (Formosa Boulevard).
