Coconut Coast offers local delicacies, a place surrounded by the Coastal Mountain Range and the Pacific Ocean, free from industrial pollution, with clean local ingredients; mountain wild vegetables include black sweet vegetable, bird amaranth, and thick hat. Naturally free-range chickens and sheep, raised without medication, and fresh catches from the Pacific Ocean; along with amberjack, longtail seabream, grouper, and triggerfish, prepared with simple, traditional cooking methods.
