The three sisters jointly manage Qionglin Houses No. 79, 92, and 105. The homestay has 12 suites and can accommodate nearly 34 people, welcoming individuals and groups to experience it. Guests can explore Kinmen during the day and enjoy tea, chat, and barbecue under the Kinmen starry sky at night, allowing you to enjoy a tranquility that is different from the tension and busyness of the city. Lou Zai Xia Old House Homestay is a green homestay. In response to Kinmen's low-carbon island initiative, the homestay does not proactively provide disposable toiletries, and bed linens and bath/hand towels are not changed for consecutive stays. Qionglin Village is located in the center of Kinmen Island and is one of Kinmen's representative traditional villages. It was formerly known as 'Pinglin' due to the many forests near the village in the past. Since the Ming Dynasty, many talents have emerged, and Emperor Xizong specially bestowed the plaque 'Imperial Gifted Village Name Qionglin', hence the current name. Qionglin retains a large number of traditional Southern Fujian buildings with swallowtail roofs and horse-head walls, which are simple, elegant, and naturally charming, with ancestral shrines and family temples being the most magnificent. During wartime, tunnels were excavated in various parts of the village for military needs, giving it a strong battlefield atmosphere, which is now open for visits. Due to the large number of scholars who passed the imperial examinations during the Ming and Qing dynasties, magnificent official residences with swallowtail roofs can be seen everywhere in the village. The family temples are even more impressive.
