Originally, the land was purchased and developed by Mr. Chen Zhengxiong, the chairman of Guangsheng Construction and the owner of the homestay, to develop Yuli. He built 12 luxurious villas. Chairman Chen named it "Yuli" with a homophone of Yuli, signifying a bestowed mansion, a gift of legacy, and a private castle. The homestay is equipped with smart e-systems and uses top-tier building materials, making it the "Emperor's Treasure" of Yuli. The environment here is exceptionally beautiful, facing the Rainbow Bridge, a landmark of Yuli.
