Hé Lè Hostel. The glorious era of Taiwan's economic development in 1985. Lincoln Building, as the tallest building in Tainan at the time, was completed in the China City commercial district. Hé Lè Hostel is the former site of the Mingmen Hotel. In 1985, during the glorious era of Taiwan's economic development, the Lincoln Building, as the tallest building in Tainan at the time, was completed in the China City commercial district. The Mingmen Hotel also grandly opened that year, welcoming men and women visiting the ancient capital with the vitality and warmth of southern Taiwan. Thirty-five years have passed. China City, from prosperity to decline, is no more. After the demolition of the former walled city, the long-lost canal scenery reappeared. The former Chinese-style commercial buildings in the capital have been transformed into the world-class waterfront Hé Lè Plaza. Witnessing the ups and downs of prosperity and the changes of people and events, what remains unchanged is Tainan's profound cultural heritage and the genuine, optimistic, and hospitable nature of the people of Tainan. For 35 years, we have been here. From now on, we will continue to welcome visitors who come for natural beauty and humanistic customs with a brand-new look. Hé Lè Hostel awaits you in the sunset glow of the Tainan Canal.
