The exterior and structural design of Grand Hyatt Taipei was handled by C.Y. The entire project was constructed by the Pacific Construction Company, with the aim of providing the most welcoming, comfortable, and elegant environment for both locals and all guests. The hotel occupies a site area of 118,900 square meters, with 25 floors above ground and 3 basement levels. The lobby features the signature high ceiling characteristic of Grand Hyatt.
