Established in 1989 as the first small eatery in Ruili (Ruili Rest Stop). In the early days, most visitors were hikers who got hungry after climbing. They didn't know where to eat. When they asked locals, they were told kindly: 'Go past Ruili Elementary School, then walk forward, and you'll see a teapot.' (The only teapot in the Great Alishan Teapot Impression with a clock embedded, which used to tell hikers the time to descend). Then you can eat!
