To realize the dream of wood-fired kiln glazing, we came all the way from Taipei to Hualien to build a wood-fired kiln, which we call: Hualien Kiln. Hualien Kiln has tea, coffee, and kiln-fired pottery. There is no luxurious and grand decoration, only a safe and non-toxic living space and organic healthy meals, as well as endless views of the four seasons' fields. When you come here, please relax your mood and slow down your pace. You can bring a beloved book and sit by the window to read it carefully; or gather with friends for a cup of coffee and chat about worldly affairs; or bring your beloved family and ride bicycles to admire the beautiful mountain and water scenery, enjoying this leisurely and comfortable romantic time. Of course, we also welcome you to experience pottery making and relive the joy of playing with mud like in childhood; or simply appreciate the works and have tea and chat with the kiln owner.
