A few years ago, Lin Wenshan, who had been living abroad for many years, resolutely returned to his hometown to restore this old residence full of childhood memories, allowing more people to experience the elegant culture and bamboo forest scenery suspended in the clouds. During the renovation process, he insisted on following ancient methods to restore the old house. In addition to the bamboo woven walls, cypress beams and pillars, and unglazed bricks, the interior was also meticulously equipped with underfloor heating to maintain a constant temperature and dehumidify the space, providing guests with a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the works of Mrs. Lin, Teacher Chen Shuling, are visible everywhere in You Zhu Ju, adding a touch of humanistic charm to this traditional Minnan architecture; Teacher Chen can occasionally be seen creating her art.
