Brother Zhang, the owner of Zhuangwei Zhang Residence, greets us with a warm smile and wooden clogs, leading us along a stone path through the backyard. Push open the screen door, and wind and light dance together. Brother Zhang and the housekeeper personally prepare traditional tea snacks, different from ordinary desserts, bringing the local Yilan flavor to the table.
