Zhu Ying Tai B&B. Zhu Ying Tai B&B is located between Hualien City and Ji'an Township, only a 5-minute drive from the city center and a 5-minute drive to Dongdamen Night Market. The B&B is run by Paul, who is from the UK, and his Taiwanese wife Sandy, hence the name "Zhu Ying Tai" (meaning "Living in Britain and Taiwan"). Paul and Sandy met and dated while studying in the UK. After graduation, they lived in Taiwan for nearly 15 years, residing in places like Taipei, Shanghai, and Kaohsiung. To allow their children to experience more of nature and have a happy childhood, they decided to leave their familiar environment and move to Sandy's hometown - Hualien. The simple and comfortable decor inside the B&B was jointly designed and created by the couple, retaining the warmth of home. Families, couples, friends are all welcome to visit and deeply experience the charm of Hualien.
