Chun Feng Cinnamon Garden is located in Zhongliao Township, Nantou County, facing the Jiji Mountain to the east, bordering Jiji Township to the south, and about a 35-minute drive from Sun Moon Lake. To live a simple life, the owner decided to build a farmhouse and a pond on their own farmland after retirement. Apart from the buildings, every plant and tree was done by hand. Of course, there is also a vegetable garden. Based on the importance of environmental awareness, weeding is done manually, organic fertilizer is made in-house, wastewater and rainwater are reused, and natural resources are not wasted. Therefore, the park has a rich ecosystem with tree frogs, colorful mountain-finches, bamboo partridges, scops owls, and more. In spring, summer, and autumn, the tree frogs begin their nightly concerts, creating a lively atmosphere with their calls. The tree frogs wonder why humans don't applaud them, just stare at them. The pleasant bird songs in the early morning seem to be calling us to wake up quickly. The air outside is so fresh. Gazing at the mountain and forest scenery, watching the birds fly side by side, one's heart naturally opens up, and gradually, the mind becomes calm and peaceful. The park covers an area of about 9 chia (approximately 0.8 hectares), with over 700 Taiwanese native cinnamon trees planted. The guesthouse covers an area of about 2.5 chia (approximately 0.22 hectares) and has a parking lot. There are DIY sessions for extracting cinnamon essential oil, and special cinnamon dishes (cinnamon chicken, cinnamon golden eggs, cinnamon fried rice, cinnamon tea, etc.), as well as cinnamon-related products (cinnamon shampoo, body wash, mosquito repellent lotion, etc.).
