The Lees Hotel's core corporate culture is rooted in the artistic and cultural persistence and corporate governance philosophy of its founder, Dr. Lee Deng-Mu. With a background in art, architecture, and business, he has always integrated his innate business acumen and artistic insights to establish a five-star hotel that combines humanities, service, aesthetics, and facilities. The goal is to prioritize guests and create a living space filled with artistic and cultural ambiance, where guests can encounter antiques, famous paintings, and other artworks in the lobby, guest room corridors, or unexpected locations. Architectural Aesthetics: The exterior of The Lees Hotel is inspired by the character "Zun" (尊), which in ancient times referred to a drinking vessel for emperors. Its shape is used for the rooftop design, symbolizing the company's respect for guests and talent. The building materials use granite castle wall dry-hanging construction, highlighting its honor and grandeur. The main wall features an Italian craftsmanship style, using four shades of Japanese imported pearl mosaic tiles, which change color with the angle of light throughout the day. Spatial Aesthetics: The hotel lobby primarily presents a simple, understated modern neoclassical and Art Deco style. The overall space uses marble flooring, maple wood, and integrated indirect lighting, complemented by numerous art collections. The ten-meter high atrium utilizes ironwork and glass to create a modern large hanging art installation, separating it from the second-floor restaurant while allowing light to pass through.
