The main structure still retains its coral stone and adobe brick foundations, offering warmth in winter and coolness in summer. It is the only well-preserved Fujian-style Sanheyuan in Xiaoliuqiu. The surrounding environment features extensive landscaping with nearly 2,000 ping of activity space, including planned areas for tea brewing and barbecues. It has been recognized by the Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area Administration of the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, as the most distinctive homestay in Xiaoliuqiu and awarded the "Hakka Homestay" label.
