The resort has a total of 60 rooms, each a standalone bungalow. Before the advent of building materials like red bricks, cement, and even steel, most houses in Penghu were constructed from coral stone or the island's unique basalt. The low walls separating the resort's rooms are built from coral stone, and traces of basalt can also be seen on the exterior walls of the houses. Strolling through the serene and tranquil grounds, one can feel the peace and beauty of the place. Every corner of the resort is filled with a nostalgic, retro vibe of a military dependents' village, as if traveling back to the simple days of the 1950s and 1960s.
