[Reservation Notice]
Deposit: A deposit of NT$1000 will be collected (refunded upon check-out).
Reservation Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please call within these hours.
Check-in Time: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Please notify us by phone if you will be arriving later than the designated time. If you are unable to check in before 6:00 PM, please contact us proactively to avoid any inconvenience.
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur an additional charge of NT$500 per hour. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted to visit or enter the premises. Thank you for your cooperation.
[Reservation Procedure]
When making a reservation, please inform us of the number of guests (including children and their ages) and the number of vegetarian meals required.
To protect your rights, after we confirm your reservation, please remit a deposit (50% of the room rate) within 2 days of making the reservation (including the reservation day). If the deposit is not received within the specified period, the reservation will be canceled without further notice.
