The group's business scope spans construction, leisure, and tourism. With strong ambition, professional and rigorous quality, friendly and comprehensive service, and a cohesive team, the Huilai Group creates opportunities and realizes ideals, developing towards two major business groups: 'Construction' and 'Tourism,' and moving towards sustainable operations. Huilai Guanshan is planned and designed to international facility standards, offering guests accommodation, dining, hot spring rooms, and conference package resort itineraries. The architectural design adopts a primitive natural style reminiscent of Bali, with tropical South Asian plant landscaping throughout the area. Wooden tiles, white walls, and thatched pavilions create a strong romantic leisure atmosphere, integrating the cultural ambiance of Bali and indigenous styles, fully embodying the characteristics of an international hot spring resort. The resort features forty-nine suites of various types, each equipped with a private hot spring pool ranging from 13 to 33 square meters, allowing guests to enjoy top-tier hot spring facilities within their rooms. Guanshan Hot Spring originated in the Meiji era of Japan and was formerly known as 'Meiji Hot Spring.' Guanshan is strategically located, with steep mountains and rugged rocks. The hot spring emerges from the foothills, flowing through the rocks with an inexhaustible supply year-round. Because the spring water is clear and sulfur-free, it is highly favored by tourists. Legend has it that after Emperor Meiji of Japan bathed in Guanshan Hot Spring, he was blessed with a son, hence the name 'Sheng Nan' (meaning 'give birth to a son').
