The 'Taiwan Bay Traditional House', built in 1947, is an old house of the Ou family in Anping. The old building took 3 years to renovate, and the kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized. Below the wall is a flower bed with a map of Taiwan, and the terrazzo exterior walls are adorned with graphics of Tainan milkfish. The walls also feature ceramic tiles of oysters, fiddler crabs, and egrets, showcasing the characteristics of Anping, where the old house is located. Master carpenter Chang Li-tsai 'Mao Pai' built a traditional Chinese courtyard house using traditional construction methods. The front part from the porch to the courtyard has a roof called 'Bao Xia', which is a unique architectural style in Anping. Tayouan Villa is equipped with a Chinese-style living room, a front courtyard with a pond, a rear garden corridor, a Chinese-style pavilion, and 4 double bedrooms, covering a total area of 265 square meters.
