The Siraya National Scenic Area Administration of the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications has renovated the long-abandoned Qinei Elementary School in Baihe District, Tainan City, establishing the “Zai Ren Hotel_Taiwan Image Calligraphy Museum.” Led by local Baihe calligrapher Chen Shih-hsien as the museum director, it integrates calligraphy art exhibitions, dining, and accommodation services. The museum will feature rotating art exhibitions with irregular themes and will combine static displays with 3D animation to present calligraphy animation videos, aiming to showcase local artistic and cultural characteristics and drive the development of local arts and cultural tourism. The area surrounding the calligraphy museum is rich in tourism resources, including the seasonally limited Lin Chupi Kapok Trail, Baihe Lotus Park, and Yufeng Green Tunnel. Visitors can also experience mud hot springs in Guanziling and savor local delicacies. The operation of the calligraphy museum is expected to integrate surrounding tourism resources, transforming it into a travel hub that offers visitors diverse and rich itinerary experiences. By collaborating with local artists, communities, and surrounding tourism industries, the Taiwan Image Calligraphy Museum aims to become a landmark new tourist attraction.
