This October, HomeOne36 Returns, officially settling into the historic building at Pingtung Victory Star Village. The property covers a hundred ping area, hosting only one group of travelers at a time. The indoor activity space is thirty ping, with an open-plan design throughout the entire building. Within the existing framework of the Japanese-style residence, we have incorporated more possibilities, blending modern MUJI, minimalist, wabi-sabi, and lush greenery to create a natural and comfortable atmosphere. We have abandoned quick and convenient renovation methods, insisting on completing every detail by hand. The hundred-year-old cypress wood by the bedside is our tribute to this historic building. The space is equipped with one living room, one bathroom, and a sunlit Japanese-style hot spring bath. Sit on the floor in the living room with family and friends you rarely get to see, and when you're tired, bathe in the hot spring surrounded by greenery. Everything is so simple and beautiful. Following the outdoor corridor, down a flight of steps, beneath a mottled low wall lies a vast lawn where you can fully enjoy the dialogue of light and shadow under the sun and breeze. In the afternoon, savor a cup of coffee on a lounge chair. Even in the city, you can experience the slow life of nature, refreshing your body and mind. HomeOne36, with its whole heart, begins the daily ritual in the renovation of the old house. Upholding the original intention of 'love' and 'dreams,' we use our hearts to give new life to the old house.
