Founded by overseas Chinese from Yunnan and Myanmar, who have been in Taiwan for over ten years. Missing their mothers' cooking, they began to personally make Yunnan-style fermented bean curd, pickled garlic sprouts, pickled vegetables, traditional fermented bean cakes, and more, sharing them with friends and family, which eventually built a reputation. For Yunnan families, preserved vegetables are an essential part of every meal; they are natural fermented products and healthy foods. Among them, shrimp paste is an indispensable condiment in every household in Myanmar. Don't underestimate this small bottle; it has a long history. Legend has it that one year, an emperor was on a military campaign and passed by a rural home. There were no other dishes on the table, only shrimp paste served with rice. The emperor was curious and ate with them. Upon returning to the palace, he found the palace food unappetizing and ordered his subordinates to bring the entire family to the palace to make shrimp paste for him daily. Shelf life: 1 year.
