Due to their deep roots in the community, it has become a popular small eatery for neighbors to dine out. Army Noodle House's menu consists mostly of noodles, with the most popular being the homemade dough flakes, which are chewy, rich in ingredients, and have a clear, sweet broth. One bowl is very filling. The signature Army Dry Mixed Noodles are also a popular noodle dish, mixed with lard from black pigs for a rich aroma.
