At every stage of life, from infants, developing adolescents, adult women, and the elderly, milk is an important source of nutrition. A survey on the nutritional status of elementary school students in 2001-2002, commissioned by the Department of Health and conducted by Academia Sinica, showed that most elementary school students have unhealthy eating habits, leading to malnutrition, with significant deficiencies in calcium and dietary fiber intake. Kuang Chuan Company, recognizing that correct dietary knowledge must be taught from a young age and instilling the right awareness in school-aged children, has planned this "field trip" course. Through the course design, we hope to allow children to personally visit the farm and the milk production factory, transforming textbook knowledge into wonderful life experiences.
