Initially, it sold lotus leaf wrapped glutinous rice with a shoulder pole, earning a living for the family. Later, with successful management, the lotus leaf wrapped glutinous rice was changed to zongzi, providing a quick and convenient rice meal for laborers. The fourth generation took over in 1986, dedicated to transforming the old shop and creating its own brand, making the century-old glutinous rice a media favorite. It has been passed down for over 150 years, with aspirations to continue for another century.
