In his pursuit of transforming the family business, Mr. Yan Quan-ting uniquely chose "Taiwanese gourmet snacks" – Batfish Soup – as his focus. He developed a unique rapid freezing and mechanical slicing process, breaking away from traditional hand-cutting to preserve the fish's fresh sweetness. Combined with a proprietary broth, he perfected the essence of Batfish Soup. Other signature products include Floating Fish Roe Soup, Crispy Pork Rib Soup, Braised Pork Dry Noodles, Golden Fried Tofu, and Special Braised Pork Rice, among others. After decades of hard work, the second generation has now taken over the management. They have transformed the traditional snack bar into a modern catering operation, offering a comfortable and elegant dining environment that defies the typical image of a snack shop. They continue to develop innovative and delicious Taiwanese snacks, introducing dishes such as Curry Chicken Leg Omelet Rice, Curry Pork Chop Omelet Rice, Golden Chicken Leg Rice, Railway Pork Rib Rice, and Freshly Fried Roast Pork Rice, all of which have been highly popular with consumers.
