"Kamling (Rukai language, bell)", kamling is the most common and indispensable accessory in traditional Rukai attire, widely used by the people during Rukai celebrations. Whenever the sound of kamling is heard echoing from afar, it signifies that important events are taking place in the village. Therefore, kamling also represents the meaning of message transmission.
