The combined operation of product exhibition spaces and art and cultural venues has injected new vitality into Taitung's cultural and creative industry. Through A-Shui Workshop x Cultural and Creative East Sugar 191, we aim to create a space for Taitung artists to freely create and exchange, and to realize art and culture locally. A-Shui (Chen Zheng-Rui)'s creative focus starts from indigenous spirit, expressed in wood carving, iron sculpture, installation art, and commercial space renovation. In 2013, the A-Shui Workshop team launched the "Simple Life . Rediscover the Handmade" series of products, combining driftwood with local elements. Using indigenous ways of thinking, they created simple and environmentally friendly works, making good use of natural materials to add ingenuity and creativity to Taitung life!
