Over ten years ago, they broke away from the old framework and transformed the traditional farmland into a tourist farm, introducing strawberry cultivation from Dahu. This innovative endeavor was not well-received by local farmers at the time, and the path to innovation was not smooth. However, the father and son, with their deep affection for the land, believed that Taitung's beautiful mountains and waters were no less impressive than Dahu's, and they persevered with a "why not?" spirit. Perhaps because strawberries were a rare sight in Taitung, the newly planted strawberries were often stolen. During the farm's transformation, they also faced the challenges of adapting to direct customer interaction. The farm is still in a transitional period, facing crop damage and various challenges in transforming into a tourist farm.
