As a child at school, watching her seniors weave, Ms. Luo Ying-Hui developed a great interest in tribal crafts through osmosis and secretly vowed to forge her own path through weaving. Diligent and thrifty, she picked up the leftover fabric scraps from her seniors and practiced diligently. After graduating from elementary school, she went to a garment factory to hone her skills. After 15 years of hard work, she finally founded the Ying-Hui Original Crafts Workshop. In addition to building a reputation in her hometown, she often travels to Taipei to participate in exhibitions. Driven by the desire to pass on and share, she now leads the grandmothers and mothers in the tribe, sewing traditional indigenous-style clothing and accessories stitch by stitch. This not only meets the needs of the tribal members but also captivates many urban dwellers who admire the indigenous style. Through Ms. Luo's leadership, contemporary fashion elements are infused into all her creations, breathing new life into indigenous crafts and carrying forward the most beautiful traditions of the tribe.
