The restaurant uses a lot of solid wood and warm lighting, creating a comfortable, Japanese-style home dining environment where you can feel the owner's thoughtfulness everywhere. The menu is personally guided by a famous Japanese chef, and the dishes have a strong Japanese flavor. All set meals come with barley rice, miso soup, and three homemade side dishes, each with its own unique characteristics. Drinks and desserts are ordered separately. From the decor to the food, everything exudes a Japanese home style. The tableware uses Kyushu porcelain from Japan, which is also available for purchase!
Ginger Pork: A specialty dish of every Japanese mother, the sauce includes ginger juice but without the spicy kick. While not an "OMG, so delicious!" dish, it evokes a warm, nostalgic taste of home.
Crispy Fried Chicken Strips: Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You can choose between "Pomelo's Signature" tartar sauce or a secret drizzling sauce. I opted for the richer secret drizzling sauce, which has a hint of teriyaki flavor.
