A fishing and shrimp farm that doesn't fish for shrimp, located in the #ChangxingFishingShrimpFarm in Xiangshan District. It's a tin-roofed building without an obvious sign, and during meal times, there's often a queue. The former shrimp ponds are now filled with ornamental koi. The fishing and shrimp farm has officially upgraded to a stir-fry restaurant, but shrimp dishes are still available. A must-order is the #SpicyStinkyTofu, a popular choice for many visitors. The broth is simmered in-house by Changxing with minced meat, chili peppers, dried anchovies, and shiitake mushrooms. The stinky tofu itself is also carefully prepared, soaked in brine made with mugwort. It's made without preservatives, and the tofu looks firm with a pungent yet refreshing aroma. Although it's spicy, the entire pot of broth can be enjoyed as soup, and it's not dehydrating. It's truly a highly-rated spicy stinky tofu pot. Despite being a fishing and shrimp farm, every table features a pot of spicy stinky tofu. Over time, it became widely known as the "stinky tofu pot that was delayed by fishing for shrimp." All other dishes on the menu are also excellent, and even if you have to #Editor wait for an hour, it's well worth it!
