PASTA de SHOW Italian Fresh Pasta Kitchen. Unique chewy fresh pasta #CityEditor Ever since I started watching "The White Black Chefs," I've been craving pasta. It just so happened that in May this year, in the north. Unique Chewy Fresh Pasta #CityEditor
Ever since I started watching "The Great British Bake Off," I've been craving pasta. Coincidentally, I remembered that PASTA DE SHOW, a fresh pasta kitchen, opened its second branch on Beida Road in May this year. It's run by a Japanese chef. Their first branch is located next to Xinzhuang Park in the East District and has always been very popular. Like the main store, the second branch uses a machine at the entrance for ordering. The menu is divided into basic sauces, Japanese-style sauces, meat sauces, and special sauces. You can choose between thin or wide fresh pasta noodles.
According to the restaurant's description, fresh pasta "is different from the 'dried pasta' commonly known to the public. In Italy, 'fresh pasta' is the most familiar staple food in the lives of Italians. It is not processed or dried; it is a 'breathing noodle.'" The noodles indeed have more texture and chewiness, absorbing plenty of sauce while also retaining the aroma of the flour. I heard it's best to finish it within 15 minutes for the most delicious experience! The restaurant uses its own proprietary recipe for production and manufacturing, using imported durum wheat flour with no additives, combining health and flavor. Every dish is made to order. We invite everyone who loves or wants to try fresh pasta to visit and savor its purest taste.
