Thai Taste. Affordable and delicious Thai cuisine. Food is undoubtedly the core soul of any culture. Affordable and delicious Thai cuisine. Food is undoubtedly the core soul of any culture. To understand a culture, food is often the best entry point. Different cultural backgrounds create different tastes and cooking methods, writing the context and texture of the culture onto the tip of the tongue. A seemingly light but not simple bowl of coconut milk dry rice noodles immediately fills the air with a coconut aroma upon serving. The addition of fried fish strips is the perfect finishing touch, with their crispy texture complementing the smooth rice noodles beautifully! Each table is thoughtfully equipped with Thai sauces. Those who prefer stronger flavors can add a bit of Thai soy sauce (commonly known as fish sauce) or the restaurant's homemade Sichuan peppercorn sauce, which is numbing, slightly spicy, and incredibly appetizing. This #ThaiTaste, hidden in an alley, has been in business for over 15 years. It originally opened on what was formerly known as Bicycle Street, and later moved to the alley near Mayonnaise. The owner is a Thai-Chinese. The taste of Thai Taste has been repeatedly improved by the son, who was formerly a Thai restaurant chef, to finally suit Taiwanese palates. Currently, the daughter has taken over to continue this delicious legacy. It is recommended for friends who enjoy Thai snacks to visit and try it.
