He is the owner and pastry chef of this bistro – Kai-Jie Huang. After working in manufacturing for 12 years, he switched to the baking industry due to his interest. "Because I really love food," he says shyly. Driven by this passion, he learned and took baking classes, eventually establishing his own brand, "Fei Fei Cookie" – selling handmade cookies and desserts online, and also offering customized wedding cake services. The original intention of creating the brand was to insist on baking without any additives, to move people with the purest flavors, and to touch their taste buds with the simplest ingredients. After the bistro opened, this original intention continues to burn, just to let more customers feel the simple yet sincere intentions. "Chocolate Love and Snowflake Cookies are the most recommended products. Although the ingredients used are top-notch, the prices are very affordable," he says enthusiastically when talking about his signature handmade cookies. "Because simple, delicious, and affordable are the most important elements in the store," he adds.
